ORDERS
Orders are scheduled for delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

PROMPTLY INSPECT MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any damages to delivered merchandise must be noted on Jayson’s Furniture Store delivery ticket at time of delivery.
DELIVERY
After purchasing your furniture, Jayson’s Furniture Store will confirm your delivery time. If customer is not home during confirmed delivery time, customer will be subject to an additional $50 service fee.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that your area is clear and ready to receive your new furniture. The delivery crew may not move, relocate, remove or dispose of your old furniture. Delivery crew WILL NOT TAKE AWAY on delivery truck ANY packaging material associated with the delivery.
PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid in full 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery. To reschedule your pick-up or delivery, you must call Jayson’s Furniture Store during business hours Monday through Friday, 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date to avoid a re-delivery fee. Some homes have narrow halls, stairways, doors and/or low ceilings; therefore, it may be possible that the crew will not be able to bring in your furniture without risk of damage to your property as determined by our delivery crew. At such time, it becomes the customer's responsibility to bring the furniture into the home.
All service claims regarding visible damage must be made at the time of delivery and documented on the delivery ticket presented by the driver for signature. It is the responsibility of the customer to check unopened boxes. Damaged furniture at the time of delivery may be exchanged. Absolutely no return or refunds. Jayson’s Furniture Store is not liable for damage to merchandise not claimed at the time of delivery. An authorized representative of the purchaser, over the age of 18, must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for receipt of merchandise. If no one was available to receive a scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Jayson’s Furniture Store reserves the right to: 1) inspect damaged merchandise in your home, 2) service the merchandise in your home, 3) photograph the merchandise in your home.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
We understand buying furniture is a big decision, and that you want the purchase to match your style and not to be a costly mistake. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following Cancellation & Refund Policy to help you make your home great.
PURCHASES
If you cancel within 24 Hours or before the item is in route to us and we can cancel it, then there will be no restocking fee. If the item is already in route to us, we will be unable to return it and the item will be subject to a 50% restocking/cancellation fee if Seller’s conditions and terms in store policy are met.
